This is a general guide to our prices. These prices are aligned with the NDIS price guide.
Please note that billing includes the face-to-face session time plus the non-face-to-face services including preparation, documentation, room set up and sanitisation, resource development and other administrative supports.
INITIAL SUPPORT PLAN
$323.96 minimum, includes 1 hour 20 minutes of face-to-face support and 20 minutes for preparation and documentation time (non-face-to-face support provision).
Plus $97 for the Initial Support Plan Summary report (30 minutes non-face-face support provision).
Totals to $420.96
The Initial Support Meeting is a required intake session with a Capacity Building Practitioner (Other Professional). It includes time in clinic, background information gathering, goal setting, and preparation of an informal report after the session. If the session is for a child, only the parent/carer is required to attend. This ensures we create the best tailored support plan for your child or young person from the start.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SUPPORT
$226.19 minimum, includes 50 minutes face-to-face support and 20 minutes for preparation and documentation time (non-face-to-face support provision).
May include: regular therapy sessions, consult sessions, assessment and information gathering sessions. There may be additional costs if purchasing resources or if travel is involved.
SPEECH PATHOLOGY SUPPORT
$226.19 minimum, includes 50 minutes face-to-face support and 20 minutes for preparation and documentation time (non-face-to-face support provision).
May include: regular therapy sessions, consult sessions, assessment and information gathering sessions. There may be additional costs if purchasing resources or if travel is involved.
CAPACITY BUILDING PRACTITIONER SUPPORT
$226.19 minimum, includes 50 minutes face-to-face support and 20 minutes for preparation and documentation time (non-face-to-face support provision).
May include: regular therapy sessions, consult sessions, assessment and information gathering sessions. There may be additional costs if purchasing resources or if travel is involved.
THERAPY ASSISTANT SUPPORT
$101.20 minimum, includes 50 minutes face-to-face support and 20 minutes for preparation and documentation time (non-face-to-face support provision).
Creation of therapy tools, supporting sessions and assessments.
Running OT or Speech directed programs including one-on-one and group programs.
STAKEHOLDER MEETING
$193.99 per hour including travel time if required
Meeting with school, support coordinators, therapists or any other support providers.
CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION OR REPORT OR SUPPORT LETTER
Ranges from $32.33 to $616.31 minimum of non-face-to-face support provision.
May include: the use of formal assessment tools, time for interpretation and report writing, evidence-based strategies and recommendations. Please discuss with your clinician for an approximate charge.

Assessments: 2x 1.5hours sessions: $581.97
3x hours for Assessment tool scoring and evaluation: $581.97

A Functional Capacity Assessment is often required for NDIS and school supports.

GROUP PROGRAMS OF SUPPORT
Ranges from approximately $150 to $260 for each session. Pricing differs on group type and length, number of professionals and therapy assistants running or supporting the group, number of participants booked in the program of supports, and preparation and documentation time.
May include social skills, motor development, or other focus areas
