INITIAL SUPPORT PLAN
$193.99 per hour of clinician time
An initial parent/carer meeting prior to beginning services at Collective Growth. Collect background information, discuss goals for service and develop an individual support plan.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SESSION
$193.99 per hour of clinician time
Regular therapy sessions.
There may be additional costs if purchasing resources.
SPEECH PATHOLOGY SESSION
$193.99 per hour of clinician time
Regular therapy sessions.
There may be additional costs if purchasing resources.
STAKEHOLDER MEETING
$193.99 per hour including travel time if required
Meeting with school, support coordinators, therapists or any other support providers.
ASSESSMENT AND REPORT OR SUPPORT LETTER
$193.99 per hour of clinician time
Use of formal assessment tools allowing time for interpreting assessment results, developing Evidence based strategies and writing the report from the assessment.
For an assessment battery (using multiple assessment tools) this price will increase. Discuss with your clinician regarding price.

Initial Assessment with Functional interview: $387.98
Assessments: 2x 1.5hours sessions: $581.97
3x hours for Assessment tool scoring and evaluation: $581.97
Report write-up: approximately 8x hours: $1,551.92
Assessment Summary discussion: $193.99
Approximate total: $3,297.83
A Functional Capacity Assessment is often required for NDIS and school supports.
Our assessment includes the following
Complete motor assessment
Academic performance assessment
Sensory profiling
Assessment of visual perception
Assessment and observations of behaviour and social-emotional skills
Information gathering from support persons (including parents, carers, teachers, etc.)
Recommendations.
Equipment recommendations
THERAPY ASSISTANT
Therapy Support: $56.16 per hour of clinician time
Program: $86.79 per hour of clinician time
Creation of therapy tools, supporting sessions and assessments.
Running OT directed programs including one-on-one and group programs.
BEHAVIOURAL INTERVENTION ADVISOR
$193.99 per hour of clinician time
Travel time will be charged at this rate if required.
The Behavioural Intervention Advisor's role is to support parents/carers, teachers and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for children with behavioural needs impacting on their home and school activities.
This may include observations of the child and family interactions, therapeutic recommendations to family's, school observations and recommendations with reviews, and participation with stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for your child.
