Group Programs

Group programs are structured therapy sessions where multiple clients participate in activities aimed at developing skills such as communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation. Led by qualified clinicians, these programs provide a supportive environment where clients can learn and practice new skills alongside others, promoting both individual growth and social connections. Group programs may focus on specific goals, such as speech development, social skills, or preparing for school transitions.

Geek Out

Run by an OT, Geek Out focuses on age-appropriate hobbies, helping kids explore and develop interests while improving fine motor skills, social interaction, and confidence through structured activities.

Collectively Youthful

A teen girls' group led by an OT, Collectively Youthful helps participants develop appropriate hobbies and social skills, empowering them to engage in meaningful activities that build confidence and foster personal growth.

DnD

Run by an OT, DnD uses the role-playing game to promote teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and social skills, providing a fun and engaging way for kids to work together and develop new abilities.

High School Transition

This OT-led program supports adolescents in transitioning to high school, focusing on building skills for managing social situations, routines, and self-organization for a smoother school experience.

Social Skills

These groups focus on developing key social skills for children aged 5-9, using activities to teach cooperation, empathy, conversation skills, and conflict resolution in a group setting.

Creative Connections

A younger version of Collectively Youthful, Creative Connections is a group for girls aged 9-12, run by an OT, focusing on creative activities and hobbies to build social connections, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

Munch Bunch

Led by a speech pathologist, Munch Bunch is a feeding therapy group focused on developing healthy eating habits, improving oral motor skills, and addressing feeding challenges in a supportive group setting.

LEGO Therapy

This group, run by a Capacity Building Practitioner qualified in LEGO therapy, promotes social skills through collaborative LEGO building, helping children improve communication, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun and interactive way.
