Receptionist
Job Summary
At Collective Growth, we are passionate about fostering collaboration among allied health professionals and building a dynamic team dedicated to client care. We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the team with a range of reception and administrative duties to help keep our practice running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Managing appointment bookings and scheduling.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry and file management.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills in your interactions with individuals of all ages, families, stakeholders, and fellow team members.
• Actively promote and maintain a child-safe environment.
• Report any concerns regarding child abuse or neglect in accordance with the Child Protection Act 1999.
• Demonstrate respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children’s cultural identity.
• Complete regular child safety and anti-discrimination training.
Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is desirable; however we welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about client care.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• A current Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain this)
