Job Summary

Collective Growth is looking for a paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care to children and their families while collaborating with a supportive team of allied health professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments using a variety of tools to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based speech pathology interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Develop specialised expertise in an area of paediatric occupational therapy that aligns with your interests and passions
- Participate in team in-services and contribute your knowledge to support the professional development of the team
- Supervise allied health assistants, new graduate OTs, and/or OT students as needed
- Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote speech pathology services

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
- Graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and client-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for working with children and their families
- Willingness to contribute to the growth and development of the Collective Growth team and service
