About the Role
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate, you will:
Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to children, adolescents, and adults.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including:
Cognitive assessments (e.g. IQ testing)
Autism diagnostic assessments (e.g. ASD assessments)
ADHD assessments
Mental health and behavioural assessments
Prepare high-quality diagnostic and functional reports for referring professionals and funding bodies.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
Participate in case discussions, stakeholder meetings, and service planning.
Manage a varied caseload across paediatrics and adult populations.
Support the development of assessment frameworks, templates, and clinical resources.
Provide supervision and mentorship to early career psychologists or provisional psychologists (if appropriately endorsed).
Contribute to ongoing service development and innovation within Collective Growth.
Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant clinical documentation.
Promote and uphold a child-safe and culturally respectful environment.
Requirements
General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement highly regarded but not essential).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a registered psychologist.
Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
