Job Summary
Collective Growth, a leading provider of paediatric support services, is offering an exciting opportunity for new graduate speech pathologists and occupational therapists to kickstart their careers. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support young people and their families
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in your interactions with children, families, stakeholders, and fellow team members
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of clients, including functional capacity assessments and specialised assessments as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Current AHPRA or SPA Registration
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (due to limited public transport in Gladstone)
- Willingness to be an active contributor to the growth and development of the Collective Growth team
- While experience working with children is beneficial, we welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about this field, regardless of prior experience
