Collective Growth Clinicians endeavour to support our colleagues through our 'Student to Senior' Supervision Program. This is designed to support clinicians at their level of knowledge and experience.
Student to Senior
The Student to Senior professional supervision is a program designed to support clinicians working in all aspects of their career by providing tailored supervision to the needs of your practice.
The focus of the supervision is to develop a Growth mindset for discipline specific development including developing professional skills for clinical reasoning, documentation, models of service, etc.
We are currently offering supervision with our Occupational Therapist. These sessions are able to be held in person or via Video Conference if required outside of the Gladstone Region.
